📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts water packed, drained and chopped 
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1–2 cloves garlic, minced (optional but recommended)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes for heat
  • Optional: 1/2 cup sour cream or cream cheese for extra creaminess

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, and pepper.
  3. Mix until everything is fully incorporated. Add sour cream or cream cheese if you want it creamier.
  4. Spread the mixture into a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a lightly crisp top.
  7. Serve warm with:
    • Toasted baguette slices
    • Tortilla chips
    • Pita wedges
    • Crudités (if you’re going lighter)

Staff favorite:  add some crab meat to it! (we also sprinkle grated cheese on top before cooking)
