Artichoke Dip

📝 Ingredients:
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts water packed, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1–2 cloves garlic, minced (optional but recommended)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Optional: 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes for heat
- Optional: 1/2 cup sour cream or cream cheese for extra creaminess
🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, and pepper.
- Mix until everything is fully incorporated. Add sour cream or cream cheese if you want it creamier.
- Spread the mixture into a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
- Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a lightly crisp top.
- Serve warm with:
- Toasted baguette slices
- Tortilla chips
- Pita wedges
- Crudités (if you’re going lighter)
Staff favorite: add some crab meat to it! (we also sprinkle grated cheese on top before cooking)
