- 1 oz freshly brewed espresso (cooled slightly)
- 1 oz Limoncello
- 1 oz coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)
- 1 oz heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add espresso, limoncello, coffee liqueur, and cream.
- Shake vigorously (about 15–20 seconds) until the shaker feels frosty.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
- Garnish with grated lemon zest or a few coffee beans on top.
Optional twist: Swap the cream for oat milk or almond cream liqueur for a lighter or dairy-free brunch version.
