FRIED CHICKEN LIVERS APPETIZER

My Sister’s and I love this recipe and make it every time we get together.  Memories and comfort food.  Great app!

Ingredients

2 lbs Chicken Livers - cleaned

Salt/pepper/garlic salt to taste

½ Tsp paprika

¾ cup flour

½ cup of oil (whatever is your fav that day)

½ cup of white wine (whatever you are drinking that day)

Prepare

Heat oil in large skillet on medium. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.  When oil is hot, dredge chicken liver one at a time in flour mixture and add to skillet.  Brown each liver about five mins per side until golden brown.  When done, add wine and let sit on stove for about 1 min.  Remove livers to platter.  Sprinkle with salt. Eat immediately.
