Marinated London Broil with Orange Shrimp
4 lb London Broil
In a marinade dish:
3 TBLS of liquid smoke - pour over meat
1 1/2 cups of soy sauce - pour over meat
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning
flip meat over and repeat
Marinate over night
Take out next day an hour before cooking. Heat oven to broil. Broil for 9 mins and flip and broil for 6 more mins. for med. rare. Temp should be 135.
Let rest for 15 mins. and slice thin to serve with Orange Shrimp.
Orange Shrimp
1 lb of shrimp peeled and deveined
In a bowl place shrimp and cover with 3/4 cup of Blood Orange Olive Oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper. Cover and let marinate 3 - 4 hours.
Spread out on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 4 - 5 mins. Stir and turn shrimp then continue baking for 4 more mins. Serve with marinated London Broil.
Serve with a full bodied red wine, such as Syrah/Shiraz or a Malbec.
