Amaretto Sour recipe

Amaretto Sour Cocktail

Single serving recipe

1 1/2 ounces of amaretto

1 ounce of simple syrup

3/4 ounce of fresh lemon juice

splash of sprite

orange slice and maraschino cherry for garnish

Fill cocktail shaker (if you don’t have one they are on our website under wine accessories) with ice and add amaretto, simple syrup, and fresh lemon juice.  Shake well until frothy.

Fill a rock glass (also on website) with ice, then strain the cocktail over ice in glass.

Top with a splash of sprite.

With a tooth pick skewer end of orange then add cherry then add the other end of orange and garnish.
