Creamy Potato Salad
Boil 8 large potatoes with skin on until almost cooked. Drain and place potatoes on cookie rack to cool. Peel of skins and cut potatoes into bite size pieces. Place in Bowl.
Add in:
Season with salt, pepper, garlic salt, and smoked paprika to taste
2 cups of mayo
1/3 cup of mustard
¾ cup of sour cream
3 – 4 ribs of celery chopped up
½ of red onion diced
3 – 4 hard boiled eggs sliced and halved
Small can sliced black olives
½ bacon crumbles
Mix well together and let set overnight. Sprinkle smoked paprika over the top
Pairs well with a Sauvignon Blanc – especially with the smoked chicken
