🥔 Creamy Potato Salad

Boil 8 large potatoes 🥔 with skin on until almost cooked.
Drain and place potatoes on a cookie rack to cool ❄️.
Peel off skins and cut into bite-size pieces 🔪. Place in a bowl 🥣.

Add in:
🧂 Salt, pepper, garlic salt, and smoked paprika to taste
🥄 2 cups of mayo
🥪 1/3 cup of mustard
🥛 ¾ cup of sour cream
🌿 3–4 ribs of celery, chopped
🧅 ½ red onion, diced
🥚 3–4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced and halved
🫒 1 small can of sliced black olives
🥓 ½ cup bacon crumbles

Mix well together and let set overnight 💤.
Sprinkle smoked paprika on top for extra flavor 🌶️.
