Martini Recipes
When shaking cocktails, fill shaker with ice, add ingredients, and shake well. Then strain into your cocktail glass. (Cocktail glass should be chilled) You do this for these reasons:
· Chilling your liquid
· Combining your ingredients
· Aerating the mixture
· Expands alcohol and makes it fluffy
Basic Martin
5 – 6 drops of Vermouth
1 ½ oz of Gin (Vodka can also be used)
Shake well
Garnish with Olives or lemon twist
007 Martini
¼ oz Lillet
½ oz Vodka
1 ½ oz Gin
Shake well
Garnish with Lemon Twist
Lillet is an aperitif wine made with Bordeaux grapes and citrus liquers.
Alexander Nevsky Martini
In a chilled Rock Glass fill with ice.
¼ oz Chambord
1 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
1 oz Stolichnaya Razveri Vodka
Stir well.
Garnish with fresh raspberry
Amadora Martini
In a chilled Rock Glass fill with ice
¼ oz Tawny Port
1 ½ oz Gin
Stir well
Garnish Lemon twist
Dry Martini
3 – 4 drops Vermouth
1 ½ oz Gin (can use Vodka)
Shake well
Garnish with Martini olives or Lemon Twist
Extra Dry – omit Vermouth
Dirty Martini – Carrie’s favorite
1 – 2 dashes Dry Vermouth
2 oz Vodka
1 oz olive juice (brine)
Shake well
Pour in a very chilled Martini Glass
Garnish with 4 olives
Lemon Drop Martini – Rachel’s favorite
2 oz Vodka
¾ oz Triple Sec
¼ oz Simple Syrup
¼ oz Roses Lime Juice
½ oz Sweet N Sour Mix
Shake well
Rim Martini glass with sugar
Fill glass all the way up
Garnish with lemon slice coated in sugar
Blue Martini – Sammy’s favorite (90 calories if you don’t eat the olives)
½ oz of Dry Vermouth
2 oz of Skinny Vodka
Shake well
Garnish with 2 Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives (for looks only)
Bitchin Martini – Client’s favorite
Fill cocktail Rock Glass with ice
½ oz Dry Vermouth
1 – 2 dashes Crème de Menthe
1 – 2 dashes Pernod
1 ½ oz of Gin (or more)
Stir well
Garnish with Lemon twist
Espresso Martini - Monday morning office meeting staff favorite
1 oz Bailey’s
2 oz Vodka – preferably Tito’s
1 oz espresso cold brew
Shake well
Pour into coffee cup
Garnish with 3 coffee beans – health, wealth, and happiness
