Spaghetti Salad
Ingredients
1 pkg of Vermicelli Pasta (or thin spaghetti)
Red Wine Vinegar
3 Cups Mayonnaise
1 lb of salad shrimp
1 small red onion chopped
5 inner ribs of celery stalk chopped
Salt, pepper, garlic salt, and paprika
Prepare
Boil the package of pasta according to the directions. Pour in strainer immediately and rinse with cold water for several mins. Lightly pour Red Wine Vinegar over the pasta mixing it thru with your hands.
Pour pasta in a large bowl and season to taste with seasonings. Mix about half the mayonnaise into the pasta. Add remaining ingredients and the rest of the mayonnaise. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
After several hours you will need to mix again and add more mayonnaise.
Great with a BBQ steak or chicken. Or just by itself!
