Snickerdoodle White Russian
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)
- 2 oz heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter)
- 1 oz cinnamon-vanilla simple syrup (recipe below)
- 1–2 dashes cinnamon
- Ice
- Optional: cinnamon-sugar rim
- Optional: tiny cookie or cinnamon stick garnish
Cinnamon-Vanilla Simple Syrup
(You’ll want this—it’s what makes it Snickerdoodle)
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ cup water
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp cinnamon
Bring water + sugar to a simmer, stir until dissolved. Add cinnamon + vanilla. Cool
Instructions
- Rim (optional):
Dip glass in a bit of simple syrup, then into cinnamon-sugar. - Fill glass with ice.
- Pour in vodka + coffee liqueur.
- Add cinnamon-vanilla syrup.
- Gently float heavy cream over top (pour it slowly over the back of a spoon).
This gives it that pretty layered look. - Sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
- Garnish with a mini snickerdoodle cookie or a cinnamon stick.
